Very disappointed with SHEIN’s customer service. I received a broken item worth Rs. 1,950, and instead of taking responsibility, I was told to return it to Hong Kong at my own expense. The international shipping cost is higher than the value of the product, making the refund practically impossible. The item arrived damaged through no fault of mine, yet SHEIN refused to offer a replacement, a refund without return, or a prepaid return label. This is unfair to customers and shows a lack of responsibility for defective products. I expected much better after being a SHEIN customer. I will think twice before ordering again and cannot recommend shopping here if customer support treats damaged-item claims this way.

I love SHEIN products and shop from Pakistan. Those styles, quality and prices… but I have never ordered, fearing I get the fake product and that’s because of fake sellers out there. My only request is that Pleaseeeeee consider an official SHEIN website or a branch in Pakistan. Shipping takes a lot of time and there are many fake sellers here claiming to sell SHEIN PRODUCTS. An official PK store would help us get genuine products faster and easier returns and all. So many people in Pakistan love to shop from SHEIN. So pleaseee, we’re waiting for you!
