I met with someone through this app,i fell in love with him so deeply. I assumed that we met through this app that means we both know that we are going to get married. I have been waiting for 4 years for him to officially send his parents to meet my family. He never said a word and few days back he disclosed that his parents were interested in someone else and forcing him to marry her but he is showing resistance. That was an emotional trauma for me. Im mentally so so upset, im consulting with psychologist and im just one step away from being broke down completely. I beg you guys specially men, please do not use girls and dont let them wait for so long. Please dont use their innocence and simplicity and dont play with them. If you even done with a girl such things, you eventually will end up with a worst life partner. You will see that and one day may be you will realise this thing.

I am writing to highlight Muzz's discriminatory policy against niqabi women. My account was banned within 14 hours of creation solely because my profile picture showed me wearing a niqab, which is a core part of my religious identity as a Muslim woman. I emailed support explaining this, but was told my account cannot be unbanned unless I upload a full face photo without anything covering my face. I will not compromise my religious values for an app, and I did not upload such a photo. For a platform that claims to be "halal" and for Muslims seeking marriage, banning users for practicing their faith is contradictory and exclusionary. At the time of the ban, I had started a respectful conversation with a potential match and things were going well, but Muzz abruptly ended that possibility by banning my account. If Muzz cannot accommodate basic Islamic practices like the niqab, it fails to serve the very community it claims to represent. This policy directly discriminates against practicing Muslim women and needs to be reconsidered to be truly inclusive.

Useless app for Pakistanis

If you are a male who resides in Pakistan, then don't waste your time installing this app.. 99% of the girls are looking for abroad proposals and are full of attitude as if they are Miss Universe. Especially those who have done MBBS consider Pakistani men as haram for them to marry. They wont settle for anything less than American nationality holder. The response rate is also close to zero. This app is a complete failure because of the greed of Pakistani girls.. UPDATE: After using this app for an year, I have realised that it is a total fraud. Almost all of the profiles are fake and are managed by the muzz team themselves. They keep rejecting your chat requests and even if you do get a reply, its actually the admin of the app thats pretending to be the person in the profile. You are never in your life going to find a match on this app even if you buy a lifetime gold membership. This app is only for generating money.
