Darkest Ever
It’s been working very nicely so far but its template part is buggy and often don’t allow new message templates to be added. Another thing which I could not figure out is the mail merge. Please add it in the help section if it supports any mail merge functionality.

For decades I have been using hotmail, which is now integrated with Outlook now, one the leaders and pioneers in email systems. Their cross platform support and software availability is incredibly reliable and most importantly most of the features are free, not requiring monthly or one time payments.
Disappointing treatment of attachments

In Office 365 for Windows, it is quite easy to copy attachments from one email and copy them into another new email. All you have to do is right click on the attachment(s) and select 'copy' and then paste into the othe email. On a Mac, you cannot do this. You need to download the attachment first. Then re-attach it. This is an extremely cumbersome process and Microsoft should do something about it. Unless of course it is absolutely deliberate to ensure that the Office experience on a Mac never supercedes that on a Windows machine!
