Stuck at first screen
Since the last update, the app is not opening and is stuck at the first logo screen and not loading to the main screen.
Rest all functions before this update were really good.
Useless App
There is no point of this app when bill info is available on website.
If power supply is off the user already knows it.
I found one useful option of complaint lodgment however it is not working and showing network error. Moreover there is no option of pasting the copied comments in case app shows any error.
Your call center representative does not know anything, atleast utilize this medium to keep your users updated.

New version update notification
I have just updated the app to latest version and apparently when ever i open it, a popup comes asking me to update the app, it then logs me out and i have to login every time i launch the app. It was fine previously but broke after the update. Please fix it.
