LunchTimer
Lunch Break Countdown Timer
Free · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
Track lunch breaks, moods, weekly summaries, and gentle break reminders in one simple timer app.
LunchTimer helps you take better lunch breaks without overthinking it.
Choose a 15, 30, 45, or 60 minute timer, write down what you are having for lunch, and let LunchTimer remind you when your break is finished. Each lunch can include a quick mood check-in, so you can see whether your breaks leave you relaxed, energised, rushed, or tired.
LunchTimer also keeps a simple lunch history, weekly summary, and profile achievements. Optional break reminders can prompt you to drink water, stretch, or take a short walk during the workday.
