They are playing with human life. I have experienced with one doctor on this app. He was a PhD in research area and he was showing on that app as Dr. (Consultant). I consulted him and asked to send me the prescription and he didn’t, I asked MARHAM many times to say him to send me the prescription on his letter head but I didnt get so far. Previously I consultant with another two doctors but nobody has given me prescription. On this app you can’t be guaranteed that you are talking to the genuine doc as they have written degree, No these degrees/ certificates are not verified. On MARHAM nothing 100% true about doctors. You are not guaranteed that you are talking with real doctor or with some person who is making fool to this nation by showing himself a doctor which he is not or he is not authorised to check the patients. After this experience I have realised that MARHAM is not a legit medical app. This MARHAM app have not any verification mechanism for doctors, they are more into taking commission not for the health of patients.
Pathetic experience of E-Consulting

Booked an e-consultation and been waiting for an hour after payment to talk to the doctor. After an hour i was informed that doctor is not available. If doctor is not available then why was his availability being shown on the app? 2 of their representatives followed me up to make the payment but once the payment was made no one followed up to check if my check up was done or not.When I asked them to refund amount in my bank, they told that they will refund the amount in my app wallet to use that for next time. Use that next time to face inconvenience again??? Poor app, poor experience. Don’t opt for their services.
Appointment time must match with clinic timings

There is no coordination of online and offline services. Numbering of patients should be done according to the appointment time they have taken. Staff was confused ti handle patients who have taken online appointments and those which have taken them offline. Mostly patients avail online facility to avoid hassle free appointment and avoid too much waiting time. Marham and hospital staff must be in coordination and give appointment number and time to patients accordingly
