Best experience
I had the best experience with this app. Got the best doctor while sitting inside my home and she listened to my issue with alot of patience. She also gave me the correct amount of doze in the medication that I am feeling fine just after taking one doze of it. Hats off to the one who created this app. Now recovering from the illness seems easy too. Also, the people at the helpline were very nice and responsive. Will surely recommend this app to anyone who is ill and is not able to go to the hospital. I loved using it.
So far the best!
For me, Oladoc has so far been the best app to use as a patient. Its simple, easy and convenient to book and manage appointments without the hassle of making multiple phone calls to the hospital at the desired office hours. And I have never had any mess up of time slots! For a busy person like me, it has made tracking my appointments to remembering my upcoming ones really easy! Moreover, the user experience of this app is simple and great!

Disappointing Experience with App and Service
I've been a regular user of this app and have recommended it to many people, but my recent experience has been incredibly frustrating. I booked a consultation, but when I tried to join, the app kept crashing and wouldn't let me in. When I contacted support, instead of helping, they blamed me for not starting on time! This is unacceptable.
To make matters worse, almost 90% of my bookings are always delayed due to the doctors running late. The concept of the app is great, but the execution is seriously lacking. Instead of blaming customers, focus on fixing your app and service. I’m very disappointed and considering other options.
