Unsatisfied customer
The App is fine but the MQL 5 customer service is pathetic, if u have a seller account and you have any query they will not respond to you and their pathetic robot is useless I have been using this app for decades but once u get an issue trust me everyone on MQl 5 customer service are sleeping they don’t care about you or your account ,if you have any issue regarding what so ever there is no support system it is so useless that i had to leave it, I left just because of their no customer service policy I wonder how are people still using their seller accounts. They will not tell you the solution if you get into one, Infact you won’t be able to contact them even on their forums multiple time your post will be deleted but they will still not contact, the moderated will delete your account even. Any how I have left MQl 5 soon every one will if they keep on ignoring their customers from whom they actually earn. I wish this useless setup gets new authority who might care about their customers.
Chart Movements
Meta 5 is One of the Best Trading App That i Used and they Fix the issue in any Updates Very Quickly i hope they Fix this one to.
The Number Scale on the Right side of the screen is use to Ardjust The Chart height & weight accordingly but instead of Ardjusting it Just Shrinks or make the size of the Candles bigger I tried “Free Chart Movement” as well but its even more worst then Fix Chart movement, this is Just not Right neither Practical So please Solve this Issue as soon as Possible.
