Fast & Amazing

I am using payoneer since 2017. How much i love this service. So much quick, fast, and amazing. It's easy to use, comfortable, has so many good features with enhanced security. It's totally free and accessible for anyone. It's easy to integrate with any local bank account. As a freelancer. I really love this platform and would recommend any friend blindly.

Worst payment service in the world

Unfortunately due to freelancing, I had to use this app for years but every time whenever I had to receive or transfer payment, there was uncertainty because almost every time payments delayed, too much restrictions and even though provided every time required documents, still often payments cancelled. Worst part is their support, if ask something, they without reading the proper query, respond something else and close the tickets and most of cases they don’t reply for months even if contacted many times. I ordered card ok 28 Apr 2021 and until today Mar 2023, it never processed and still in pending. Al thought contacted many times, but no response or simply we will get back to you soon. Recently another payment received but one of their agent cancelled and when I talked to another and asked why this got cancelled although I have submitted all the required documents like invoice and questionair which shows as Approved. The agent said, this was cancelled by mistake we will look into this, you can ask your client to transfer again after he receives the cancelled payment by 7-10 business working days.

Haven’t received the payment - STILL WAITING

It's been 16 days since I requested a payment and I have not received it yet. I have contacted support a thousand times, whatsapp, live chat, Instagram, and I have not received any proper response about the status of my payment except the same robotic one from everywhere. Every time I call, they say that they don't have information or I will receive the payment today or in a day. It has been an extremely frustrating experience and I am very disappointed. I have commitments to fulfill and payments to deliver. It's been more than half a month and I don't know what else to do or where my hard-earned money went so I am writing this review. I don't know how it will help but I want my money and hope this doesn't happen again to me or anyone else.
