Inconsistent
I have wasted thousands of rupees on this. I used to buy rox package and instead of the package the amount used to just credit into my account. Tried calling jazz but their customer support was totally not helpful.
Fake advertisement
I’ve been use rox since its launch. The first 3 months i got promo codes for pandapro, golootlo and etc now they don’t even show up in the app and even if they do the codes do not work its all fake to catch customers and force them to buy this package. When your package has finished by the end of the month u cant make calls or sms others until u renew the package what kind of a joke is this. Such a big operator in pakistan doing these dumb things is unacceptable and they even have the most expensive packages as compared to other mobile operators. Im thinking of shifting to zong
