Improve your mental wellbeing. Overtime, Sai will be able to understand what areas in your life are affecting your wellbeing and long-term happiness based on your daily check-ins. You’ll be encouraged to create actionable and meaningful habits from those identified areas, in order to improve all aspects of your life: emotions, activities, relationships, wellbeing, and substance and supplement use. You can also view insights for all of these aspects to track your progress and understand what aspects of your life have the most impact on your mental wellbeing.

Version 2.0.0

We've spent the last few months developing a Mental Wellbeing Center, a Weekly Insights Report that compares week-over-week activities you've done to improve your mental wellbeing, and more smart habit suggestions. Included in this version are bug fixes and performance improvements.
