Increased the font sizes of various parts of the profile listings where you can view phone numbers, emails, notes, important events, notes, scheduled appointments, and touch points.
Fixed an issue with some users not showing in the user list for assignment to a private note.
Fixed an issue with private notes not showing correctly for only the users selected to view the note.
Fixed and issue with logging touch points when completing appointments.
Fixed an issue with displaying scheduled appointments.
Fixed an issue with starting a new note entry and then canceling the entry.
