“Needs Major Improvements for a Seamless Viewing Experience”
The app needs major improvements to meet global standards for a seamless viewing experience. First, it lacks the standard 16:9 aspect ratio, which limits the viewing quality and makes it feel outdated compared to other streaming platforms. Additionally, the channel-switching functionality is cumbersome. Instead of simply switching channels, users have to go back to the main menu and reselect each time, which is frustrating and time-consuming. Adding smoother transitions and a more user-friendly channel navigation would make this app far more competitive and enjoyable.
Not even closer to Netflix
PTCL launched it to replace Netflix but I really feel sorry upon the incompetent minds and bunch of fools sitting in the management who thought that a Netflix member will leave Netflix for this trash. Their approach towards the app can be noticed not only by the categorisation of channels and movies but their selection as well. World has almost reached at Mars and these fools don’t have any clue regarding the necessity of an OTT platform.
