Comfort lets you sit back and just enjoy the ride. And The Fastest is the best in case when the service class doesn’t matter and you just need the closest ride available!
Ride safely
Safety is our top priority. You’ll see who’s coming to pick you up and in which car right in the app. You’ll see info about the driver, such as their name and rating, and will be able to share your route with whomever you like so they know where you are.
Smart destinations
Yango will suggest destinations for your rides based on your ride history, like first offering ‘home’ as a destination because it’s your most common request on weekday evenings. Ride the smart way!
Multiple destinations, one route
Yango makes everyday life super easy. Like picking the kids up from school, dropping a friend off at a market, and doing some quick shopping on the way. Just add a new stop in the app, and Yango will recalculate a new route for the driver.
Request rides for close ones
Show you care by requesting rides for friends and relatives. Get your mother to a doctor’s appointment, book a ride to pick up your special someone, or get each of your friends a ride home after a night out. You can request up to 3 cars at once.
Refer friends and get discounts
Invite friends to try Yango and save together. Share your personal promo code, get a discount on your next ride and grant your friend with an extra discount on their first ride. It’s as easy as that.
Meet Delivery - it's like a taxi service, but for your packages
We've also built in a fast delivery service into Yango - use Delivery to quickly send personal packages or even business orders by courier anywhere in the city. Delivery is suitable for any item that can be transported by scooter or car.

Harassed, Pathetic service

Had a truly disheartening experience with Yango today. Feeling extremely unsafe after being harassed by a Yango Pakistan driver named Rauf Zeeshan. This bearded man crossed all boundaries, bombarding me with uncomfortable personal questions about my professional and personal life. He went on to discuss his unhappy marriage and how he's searching for another wife, emphasizing his discontent. He kept staring at me from the rear view mirror. As a mother of two, I felt deeply uncomfortable and worried about other young girls too. Seriously questioning the kind of drivers Yango is hiring and when we'll ever feel safe in this country. Appalling. And this is the third time I've noticed how these Yango keeps scamming people with rates. #SafetyFirst #UnacceptableBehavior
Pathetic service
The drivers are really unprofessional. I really don’t know why you hire such people. They accept your ride and after the wait of 5-10 minutes they call you and asked where you want to go? Like seriously? I have shared my live location with the driver and thé destination too but they call you and asked about the route and destination and if they don’t want to go to the destination they asked you cancel the ride from your side. Too much wastage of time and at last they ask you to cancel the ride and waste your time even more. I have experienced yango 3 times and every time my experience was really bad. They don’t even know how to use a map . There was a driver and I have put the destination of fotress and hể don’t even know the route and when I was telling him the exact route he didn’t even listen to me and 3 times came to the same place where we had came across before. First time when I use yango I booked a car but when he came to my home there was literally a bike and he said sorry I forget to tell you that my vehicle on the app is wrong. Ỉn drive is much much better than this they don’t put you in so much trouble.

Poor service and charged extra amount
Driver was rude. The fair was 473 they chrge 15 rupees extra for waiting(don’t know why). 493 rupees was total fair When I reached on the location. Driver asked me to pay extra 200 rupees. And he asked me to pay extra amount. I asked why theirs no extra amount showing in my phone he said when I’ll end the ride then it will shown on you phone. I paid 200 extra. Then I checked my yango app theirs no extra amount like 200 showing. When is asked him to return my amount he was rude and disrespectful. When I reached out to support their was another very rude and unprofessional reply from yango. They asked me to resolve your problem with driver they provide me his number and said resolve your problem by your self or complain to the police. I mean what the hell is this bro? Are you kidding me ? Such a poor service. Never ever recommend anyone.
Please don’t use this app. They are scammers.
