主要包含如下功能:
1、实现同一区域内船代、船公司、码头、货主、货代、拖车公司之间数据共享；
2、为拖车公司、司机提供派单、接单等一系列在线服务，整体提高运输方的工作效率及便捷性；
3 、在闸口提还柜时，进出闸只需打开应用出示二维码便可进行办单，简化闸口人工单证信息录入，提高数据准确性及减少闸口办单时间，为司机及码头操作人员提供便利性。
