OK, but a bit dated design
My main concern is the app not using the whole screen of the newest ipad mini. Would be great if you could update the app for the new display size Edit: display size is already fixed <3
Terrible user interface
UI is absolutely terrible. Quite a few bugs, like for example film going in Italian and in settings saying that the audio is “English”. The selection of films and shows is very good, but it doesn’t really matter as I am barely able to watch a full movie without the app crashing or performing some other trick. Also the screen while watching the film and tapping is filled with a bunch of nonsense information which I do not need. Whilst the collection is great, the app itself is terrible and completely unfriendly and unintuitive. Additionally, why the hell does the app show advertisement in the beginning ? Nobody needs it, and this stupid move discourages to watch sometimes. Though the worst of all is definitely constant chaos with languages. If I am an English speaker and I am traveling with my prime video, WHY CAN I NOT watch stuff in English?? Who’s smart idea it was to automatically put local language or some randomn language for that matter? Also no way it has 4.7 rating, good job on buying rating bots

I’m a huge fun of few new prime productions and that is why I keep it. But god is one of the worse working streaming apps ever. It’s constantly lagging ( I don’t have that issue with any other one and I have very decent internet connection), constant error even while watching, it just shuts down and error will pop up. In one evening it can happen 7/8 times not even mentioning the fact that a lot of times I just flat out can’t watch something even tho it should be included in my subscription.
If I stream it from my phone is the only way to control it, so the remote doesn’t have an option to pause it which is strange to say the least
