Firmware upgrade
Using the latest app version I wanted to conduct the firmware upgrade since I was prompted to do so while launching the app on my iOs device.
The upgrade started as usual however it has stopped at some point and did not want to continue. At the same time the red light appeared on the status panel. Since I was able to connect to the mover via bluetooth I tried once again to upgrade the firmware but with no success. It has been already second time within one year when I have got such an issue. First time I called local support and problem was fixed but it seems the app itself causes the same problem again. Any suggestions?
Not so good
If my I phone loses bluetuth contact with the robot, the application freezes and I need to turn off (restart) my phone and then it is possible to reconnect with robot. It is very annoying.
Worst app ever
Unfriendly. Prompted for update, but update always fail. Pay for mobile plan - if you lucky maybe you will be able to do. Nothing logic in software. Would like to give minus star. Advise to go with any other robot available on the market. Robot itself same problematic.
