INTEGRA CONTROL is a nifty app for your smartphone that lets you control your INTEGRA system. Once connected, you can command your system and multiple connected devices quicker and easier than before, from anywhere in the world.

Output numbers gone?
Not sure why, but since the major update on iOS output numbers are not presented anymore. This was very helpful especially when developing automation using ETHM module.

Lack of basic integration
This app would be great some 10 years ago but today lacks a lot of very basic things available on the market. First of all there’s on integration with Apple Home. That means, almost no automation can be done in simple and effortless way. Moreover, there’s no even a widget to add, so you can at least quickly arm ot disarm the system. If it’s that so complicated hire somebody from Gerda, let them show you what they did with Tedee. Last but not least. Have you ever heard about wearables? The same story, nothing fancy or complicated. Just two buttons on Apple Watch - arm / disarm. I understand, you may wan to develop your own smart home ecosystem but be realistic. You’er not Apple. Just a good advice for your product manager.
- Just a small update to the latest versions and Satel’s response about shortcuts. The shortcuts work but arming and disarming are blocked in shortcuts, what in practise means there’s zero to none integration with Aplpe Watch or a quick routine on your phone.

Keeps crashing
The app crashes frequently. This has been an issue for years and still no fix.
I don’t get why the developer replies with the same template to every issue reported here.
What’s even worse that ask you to go to a portal where you have to register before you can report anything or read support materials.
That’s a terrible customer service.
