Reassure is your personal healthcare App companion, through this one application you are able to maintain your personal profile, read secure messages sent from your care team members and access your personally prescribed healthcare apps.
Reassure is a secure and safe healthcare application that connects you to your GP, hospital and community NHS and private healthcare teams.
This App is used by clinical teams to monitor your condition, such as:
• Pregnant women at home, it enables the patient to log their blood pressure, urine, blood sugar, headaches and baby movements over time
• Asthma home monitoring
• Diabetes home monitoring
If any of their readings are too high or low an alert is automatically sent to the patient and their healthcare team.
All results are logged and can be viewed in graph form. The blood sugar monitoring part of the system is only switched on when a patient has a diagnosis of diabetes.
App user accounts are distributed by the users healthcare teams and activated by an activation link or by either scanning or selecting a provided QR code.
Users should seek a doctor’s / clinician's advice in addition to using this app and before making any medical decisions.
