when I bought these headphones I was very hopeful that I bought a very good quality product, the sound was very good, soundproofing too, unfortunately nothing more good. The headphones turn off from time to time, turn on and work smoothly only after a reset, and sometimes it does not help. Imagine listening to music and relaxing, and here switch off the song, you turn on, they turn off, fairy tale. And so over and over again until you get neurotic. Sometimes, if you put them down, they won't turn off, but they turn off when you put them back on your head. And the worst part is that unfortunately it is not the worst. The most sad thing is that the distributor and guarantor of headphones in Poland, receives headphones for complaints and returns them claiming that everything is ok with headphones, then you feel only sad when someone is trying to make a fool of you. I wanted to point out that a large number of reviews issued in Google, only one was negative, now I put it out because I am just sad that these were headphones from aliexpress for 20 euros, but they are not from the IDream store and maybe it would be nicer on aliexpress , here is the flap, total flap.

Tota mess. Fix it

App is Ok it self. But if just randomly see or not my speakers. 2 pcs Beosund A1.
I never know if it will recognize speakers or not. Phone is playing sound on speaker very good, but app says that “speaker is not reachable”. Connecting 2 pcs to stereo pair when it works sounds great. But it happens or not. Depending on the day. You never know. I cannot count on it so it is useless. I hope You fix it because I love sound from my speakers. And yes I tried reinstalling and connecting several times. All the time same crap

Non responsive support, poor software for headphones

Not sure how the support is supposed to work in this app but I’ve written three enquiries and never heard back. Headphones I have are are obviously great sound quality but it doesn’t seem they did much of a progress since last reviews from three years ago. The headphones act randomly and to keep them connected to one or two device and use them daily becomes a hassle. They are connected but the sound doesn’t come through or they don’t connect or disconnect without reasons. I really was hoping for some high end experience so while the quality of this product is without doubts top then the time you waste on the software handling is just not worth it.
As for the app it is hard for me to say whether it’s at all useful. I don’t see much positifs out of having it. So I guess not.
