Troubles with delivery - App used to be better
I am very disappointed in this service recently. I’ve been using it for more than a year and most of the time everything was fine. However, in the last couple of months I had a lot of troubles with my orders. Very often the delivery took way longer than it was supposed to take (e.g. one hour instead of 20-30 minutes) without any visible reason like bad weather, bad traffic, etc. A few times my order was not even delivered - the courier would either not even take my order from the restaurant and „freeze” on the map for half an hour or deliver it to someone else instead of me. Once the delivery person supposedly indicated some other person’s phone number, so when I called them after my order was stated to be delivered I couldn’t even reach them. The support wasn’t very helpful in these situations - the conversation with the Bolt bot felt rather unpleasant. I haven’t had problems like that with other delivery apps.
Could be better - min order price is too high
I used this application a lot in the past - prices were very afordable and I used it to order lunch for myself most of the times. Unfortunatelly minimum order price is now 35 PLN, which is way to much to order food for a single person. Such rise can cause a strange situations, in which I want to order something from a restaurant which has a discount on theod menu, but after discount the order price is lower than 35 PLN. Now I recommend this app only for ordering food for at least 2 people. Also I would like to have more filters available when searching for a restaurant. Additionally I got a cold food last few orders - because drivers are collecting more than one meal, from different restaurants. About the customer service - I have a positive experience with them

App itself ok, service not really
Bolt can easily can arrange an order, take a payment. But when order arrives incomplete they are refraining from solving the issue. If products are not delivered, they cannot deliver it again, as most probably it would cost them too much. If money is to be returned, they cannot return it to your personal account. You can get refund to your Bolt account and use it next time, you order. What if you won't?
In short. When problem occurs there is no will from Bolt to accept service mistakes and truly solve the issue.
