The aim of this app is to provide self-exercises, provide information for self-treatment and, in accordance with the specified purpose, serve to treat or alleviate diseases which should enable patients to minimize complaints of the masticatory muscles and temporomandibular joints and regain mobility. The app is limited to 6 essential, evidence-based exercises (see Therapie von Kiefergelenkschmerzen Thieme 2010, Stelzenmüller, Wiesner et al.), which can be easily implemented by patients with the help of video instructions.
