Please fix it! Pet feder
the application often does not detect the internet connection, so i’m loosing access to the device, this happens when we travel in other countries, regardless of whether we have wifi or internet over in phone 5G/4G, the application opens with an error "no connection to the internet", the device is in Poland and we, for example, in Montenegro or Croatia, to make it funny, sometimes this problem is avoided by connecting my phone to the wife's hotspot ...; the last disadvantage is that the device stopped notifying about detected motion in the house, this started to happen after we switched to a new phones (13 pro max) in the event of a power cut, the device does not feed despite freshly charged batteries, it never did.
No possibility to automate actions
I would happily give you 5 stars, because app looks well and it's kinda functional, but there is no way to automate action if you are iOS User. 🤨 I am very disappointed because that was functionality what I've counted for the most while buying fan with light and Wi-Fi... I do not want to use external company apps like Amazon Alexa or Google Home, because that is not as safe as it looks like.
Please, add any possibility to automate actions using native iOS apps like HomeKit or Shortcuts or just Siri commands.
PS. Light temperature switching behaves really weird. Sometimes it says that light is neutral when it is warm etc. I think it's because LED in lamp can switch sequentially while in the app you can 'choose' light temperature directly.
Forgets my warm towel
Please stop adding new unnecessarily features to this app, first and foremost the existing features need to be stable. I have a warm towel that was added and configured when I bought it, it was working just fine, then few months later the device is forgotten by the app. It’s not easy to add it again, finally I did add that again, reconfigured my schedule when it should go on and off, to be surprised 2 months later when I wanted to change the schedule, that I’m logged out and of course when I login there is no devices. That’s so poor
