EvelenReader turned my books into instant audiobooks

I tested EvelenReader in all three languages I use daily - English, Polish, and Russian - and I’m genuinely impressed. The app works flawlessly. I just take a photo of a page from a physical book and within seconds a beautifully natural voice reads it out loud in the selected language. The flow is smooth, clear, and surprisingly pleasant to listen to. It feels like carrying a personal narrator in my pocket. Super practical, intuitive, and honestly a bit magical. Highly recommended if you love reading but also appreciate the convenience of audio. Perfect for people over 40 like me.

It's not bad, but the app still needs improvements. Especially in terms of accessibility for the visually impaired and the cooperation of the application with the VoiceOver screen reader, the most problematic in my opinion is the scrolling of text. When we want to move the text on the slider it jumps us to basically anywhere in the document and basically there is no way to navigate the book precisely Using VoiceOver the issue of scrolling is also a debatable option. It should be possible to set the value of what price to scroll because at the moment it is only 15 s. There should be several parameters to choose from. But the biggest problem is navigation through the book. There are times when something hangs up and, for example, after 10 hours of waiting, the book returns to the beginning. Then it is basically impossible to hit the place from which we previously read. There is still a lot to improve.

Voice quality is good but…

Each audiobook read by Piotr Fronczewski is great. With ElevenReader my text can be read with that voice as well. Unfortunately AI generates audio without any pause, changing reading speed etc. New sentences, paragraphs are not heard. It makes it very difficult to listen when there is no break to take a breath by reader. It makes it still very artificial but voice is great. Hope u will improve it. Btw i’m fine to pay for the software as one time payment ,but i’ll uninstall the software if u want any monthly charge.
