I have been using Security Cameras for 3 years, over time I also introduced them for sale on my website, unfortunately buying them as a distributor was not easy, nor did I receive such a response after the contact they themselves proposed, written was an e-mail, left without an answer, but when it comes to the Application and EzViz devices it is of excellent quality, from the technical side without the slightest problem, no defect whether at your private or at the customer's place, just zero reports of errors or defects, just like the application that is being improved, the devices are more and more advanced day by day you can see the advantage and it is much higher than the well-known and popular brands, among other manufacturers of Smart devices, it is a premium brand without a doubt, unique design and functionality, comparison Type: Ferrari vs other Smart devices are Russian Lada .

Great for the price!

I have been using two of these cams for over two years now and never had an issue so far. The motion sensitivity is also good that I had to turn it off because my dog is always walking freely in my home 😁

Disaster

Unfortunately, but the application is poorly written. The menus are unclear, unintuitive, disjointed. It would seem that setting the options and further going deeper into the menu, will be intuitive, unfortunately, you have to leave the menu and look in other options. Besides, if I want to set myself a stream to a card, there is no way to block your very expensive and questionable service. Problematically, even though I delete the videos, they appear in random places. If I want to delete pir alarms, I can't delete them in the list, I have to go through several menus. Also, I would like the door camera to record all the time, which is impossible. Besides, the pir sensor, even though it is set to high sensitivity, only reacts when I see the back of the mailman. Not to mention the sound quality that this 2 cent microphone of yours carries. Shame! The program was written by some imbecile who has no idea about clear and friendly menus. A huge minus. If there was an option for 100 negative stars, I would have clicked on them. I am disappointed. I will never buy any of your products again. I'm going to the competition.
