In then past free now was only for taxis (by that I mean licensed taxis). Now, at least in warsaw, you can barely order a metered licensed taxi. The app pushes you to order light where you get the shabby car, driver that does not how how to drive (eg changes lanes on the solid line!!!), doesn’t follow directions (I had to tell when to turn as he would miss) etc. In other words free now was different from Uber bolt or similar unlicensed services. I was willing to pay the premium for it and now is simply one of many low quality unlicensed ride providers. Pity !
Serious issue with apple pay

Yesterday I had this situation: I wanted to order a taxi, but my apple payment was declined two times, so I’ve decided to use another taxi company. After 20min I’ve received a phonecall from the driver, that he’s waiting for me???? I’ve opened the app and it turned out that in fact the ride is on. BUT I COULDNT DELETE IT (?). I said the driver that its an error and he deleted it finally, BUT the money disappeared from my bank account. But the best part of the story is that it WAS NOT the first time. I had exactly the same situation few months ago. I hope the company will solve the problem and I’ll get my money back, and I really hope that someone will solve this issue because this is serious bug in the app and it’s really annoying.

Driver canceled trip

I have to say I am very disappointed with this app. i had to pay for a trip that was canceled by the driver, he didn't arrive at the exact destination that i booked, he made me go look for him and then my trip was canceled with the excuse of waiting for me for a long time, Passengers have no duty to find the driver, except in special cases. So the driver is a professional scammer who just sits back and doesn't have to work but still makes money. The customer service specialist is not professional. I have been using this app for 3 years and this is the first time I feel that this app should not be used. I also advise you not to use this app because now there are not only Polish people working as drivers, but also some people from other countries who come to live and take this job but do not know the way, even using Google maps.

There has been a bug where I cannot click anything after loading an app

Hi, I have IPhone 12 mini & currently live in Łódź, Poland. I had this issue for a month now that I cannot use an app, because once it loads I’m unable to click any of elements like input or buttons. I’m mentioning my city because I have been visiting my family abroad recently, uninstalled app with cache and it seemed to work normally (and it had additional features due to region differences), but once I returned home it was stuck all over again :/
