Send summary function broken + Support not working

I have had the app for years now and have always praised it to heaven, but something has happened recently. Sadly, I need to use the review form since no link to any kind of support is available on their website. I'm using iPad 4Gen with the latest version of the progran. The "Send summary" function has been semi-broken for some time (GD did send the notes after rebooting the iPad) but it now doesn't work at all. I tried a number of email addresses (including the Evernote one which I used for 4 years without a hitch) - the email seems to go out but never arrives. I'd be grateful if the developer looked into this and/responded.

An indispensable tool when you have to read and comment on a lot of PDF documents. The app has many features other apps will not give you. I myself most appreciate the ability to work one file in several tabs - so if you are reading a long document, you can see page 5 in tab 1, page 15 in tab 2 and page 30 in tab 3. NO OTHER APP offers it (at least I could not find one)!!!! It’s a feature Adobe Reader could only dream of… Strongly recommend this app as the best pdf reader on the market - and I tested a lot of them!

Free version is also very practical, whilst I recommend getting subscription version. 5/5 in pdf apps.
