Hoover Wizard is the App that enables you to manage and control all the connected appliances by Hoover. Thanks to an extensive package of extra features created exclusively for the App you will have the opportunity to best benefit from the appliances enlarged functionality.
Hoover Wizard App controls all the connected appliances equipped with Wi-Fi or One Touch technology via compatible mobile devices.
The Hoover connected range includes products for washing (washing machines, washer dryers, tumble dryers and dishwashers) for cooking (ovens, hobs and hoods) and for food conservation (refrigerators).

Worst app ever. Just re-sell your device.
Constant issues with Wi-Fi connection while apps from competitors work fine. No live support available just FAQ that doesn’t cover all questions. Today i got kicked out of app and had to re-login and I don’t see my device there anymore, can add it again cause it says it’s linked with other account. Like how? I only had one and now I can’t control my device anymore and I have nowhere to ask for help cause there is no support for app available. To sum up: if you consider buying any hoover device cause you want to control it from the app - don’t. Not worth it. Sorry.

Problem with logging
After login app still look like no login user but send notifications about connected device. There is no way to see another screen then logging screen.
Fix this ASAP! I can’t control my device.

Hi,
we have updated the security settings. Tap on Forgot password and follow the instructions. If you do not receive the confirmation email, create a new profile on the same smartphone. You will automatically find your paired appliances. For other problems, contact customer support. Paul
Better on iPhone, but unusable on the iPad
You can't choose cycle/program because buttons are off the screen.
