Problem with restoring purchases

So basically the game is good but when i got a new phone and logged into my hungry shark world account i couldnt get my purchases back such as: Atomic shark, megalodon. They are just blocked like i should buy them but i bought them for real money on previous phone. When i tap on the restore purchases button it says it does not see any previous purchases made. Thats really weird so im asking for help. I dont want to buy it again.

Stuck on loading screen

After last update game not loading, just stuck on loading screen

Last update is a crap

After the last update I can’t open the game. I can see the loading screen, but nothing more.
