I would be very hapoy if there was some kind of „journal” to write down symptoms and things that are untypical/alarming, which are not included in daily choices. Also it would be helpful to write specifics on some things. (Kinda like in Medisafe)Except for some problems with notifications a while ago, it is really great. It has many options, it is SO useful to keep track not only of your period, but also symptoms and see patterns or changes. I also love to see articles, I actually learned a few things from them. I like these new about fertility and lack of, it very good to raise awarness. You’re doing a great job, thanks a lot! :)

Hi Arbalesterify!Thank you for your idea! Unfortunately, there is no such option at the moment, but we are constantly working on improving our app. Our team will definitely review your suggestion to determine if it's possible to implement and how to make Flo more useful to our users.Best Regards,Flo Support Team
almost primitive approach to reproductive biology
Aga-user
The app takes an extremely simplistic, almost primitive approach to reproductive biology. Right after ovulation, it starts displaying messages like “If you’re pregnant: Day 2,” which makes very little biological sense. At that point, even if fertilization has occurred, implantation has not happened yet, and there is obviously no way to know whether pregnancy will actually develop. What makes this even stranger is that this is neither the standard medical way of dating a pregnancy, which starts from the first day of the last menstrual period, nor an accurate representation of what is biologically happening after ovulation. It seems to be an arbitrary timeline designed to make users feel as though they might already be “pregnant.”For anyone with even a basic understanding of reproductive physiology, these daily messages are not particularly useful or informative. I would much rather see accurate information based on DPO and the actual processes that may be occurring at each stage — fertilization, cell division, transport through the fallopian tube, implantation, etc. — with appropriate uncertainty clearly communicated. For an app focused entirely on menstrual cycles, fertility and pregnancy, I would expect a much more scientifically precise and nuanced approach to female reproductive biology.

I like it but...
dimlondiel
I really enjoy using flo and its a good application but it could be better if you could include breastfeeding into it - i am breastfeeding and would be great if the applicationWould take that into consideration. My period is quite regulated but there are some symptoms i would add connected to breastfeeding. Also if myPeriod is late - 3-4 days which is ok While breastfeeding im immediately getting some chat about possible reasons for that and breastfeeding isnt even listed there ....

I've been using Flo for quite a while now and I'm really happy with it, it got quite accurate in predicting my period. I love the additional content around periods, health and other related things 🍑🍆 I must say it's really helped me learn and be aware of what's going on in my body. I'm just missing 2 things: place to share feedback within the app and a symptom of ovulatory pain with option to select left or right. I hope the devs see this review!
