they don’t help if the courier don’t deliver your package

The app is very buggy, and once happens that the courier never deliver my order, he just send a fake message saying that he left the package at my door, once you reach the Customer support, they don’t take any action, not complaining about the persons, but obviously they will never refund money if the delivery cover his mistakes, very disappointed after using the service several times.

It was my last time when I used their service . I used their service for 2 years and yesterday I was cheated. There was no option to pay directly to kurier by cash so I had to choose payment through Apple Pay which was weird for me. I made order around 17:20. My phone was in my hands all the time I was so hungry and followed my order. Then I see around 18:20 on my screen that kurier „deleivered” my order. I started immidatly call to them but their number didn’t work. I tryed to call them also today at 13:00 but the company cancelling calls without answering. I called from different number same- situation. On the chat yesterday around 18:40 time they didn’t helped me to solve the problem and told me that kurier called me but he really didnt, they didn’t proposed to deliver my order or back my money. It was a scam. I’m not sponsor of ur kurier and I shouldn’t pay for his eat needs. Kurier Daniel didn’t delivered my food. Pyszne service works very bad: no telephone whom u can call if kurier took ur order for himself. Neglect advisor in chat. By European low of u didn’t do service u have to return the money. I made screen for all messages from chat where u confirm by urself that my order wasn’t delivered to me so I ask to refund my money otherwise I will calll to centrum Konsumenskije. Never ever use anymore service of this company. U losted my trust completely.

Support doesn’t work at all

I made an order yesterday at 01:06. And no delivery was received by already 02:15. I wrote 2 reviews to support and no one reached out to me. I tried to contact restaurant through the app, it didn’t work. I lost hope cooked some noodle because I was just so hungry, I had it and went to sleep. Then someone called me at 03:10 and I had to wake up, and take the order. Order was delivered after more than 2h. Moreover it was cold, and already felt like it was very oldu. I through it to the been because it was already not eatable. Just a shame. Support doesn’t work at all. I even don’t have a chat to track if someone is looking to my complaints. By time of this rating I already sent 4 complaints through the app and no one reaching out. I had an option to call restaurant but it wasn’t working. Just really worst delivery app I have ever used. Unfortunately 1 star is minimum, because I would rate it as 0.

App not upgraded, stuck in the past

I have written last opinion pointing problems with sending money. I have hopped they are going to fix the app, but unfortunately the app is not changing. The problem with on-line paying is still existing, so I often got a situation, when I am not sure if my order has been sent to the chosen pizzeria - I have to make a call to get a confirmation, which normally should appear on the app. Another problem is this app is not saving any my orders in the history. Finally - I am always using the app for one post-code and I simply have no idea, why suddenly the app changed the post-code for different, wasting my time for attempt to order pizza from pizzeria not delivering to my area. I am totally not satisfied with the app and I am thinking about changing it for another one or just ordering at the chosen pizzeria, without anything on the way.
