The best editing app on the market!

I had a problem and helpful support staff solved it through only 2 emails, everything works perfectly as it was before the update. The app is so useful. Maybe I would add layers so we don’t have to delete parts we just edited if we want to undo and remove the first tool used in a project. I love it, I use it very often and I recommend it to everyone! 5/5

What happened to the filters???

This used to be my favorite app for editing all kinds of photos. I’ve always appreciated how powerful and well-developed Facetune is, and I can clearly see that many features are still being actively improved. However, in the newest version, for reasons I genuinely don’t understand, the filters seem to have been removed or completely downgraded.By default, instead of filters, there are various “camera” modes, while the actual filters that remain feel like something from the very first version of Instagram. They are few, very aggressive, and in most cases simply not usable. What made Facetune special for me was the ability to apply subtle, beautiful filters that enhanced a photo without destroying it — and this functionality seems to be gone.I truly don’t understand what happened. It’s such a well-built, advanced app, and yet a feature that offered gentle, aesthetic results has disappeared.I really regret this change and would love to know why the filters were removed and whether there are plans to bring them back. For me, this was a key reason to use Facetune in the first place.

Money fraud / deceit - be careful !

Yesterday I updated my Ipad to 15.1. By the way I updated also another apps through the appstore and just downloaded some app that were unistalled before ( cloud icon) Among the other apps there was also Facetune. I didnt even turn it on (just downloaded app) and today morning I got the invoice for one month for Facetune . So.. the best thing comes now- I cant see any subscription of that app in my aplleid account so I thougt - maybe I would cancel it in the app.. facetune turned into Facetune2 and Facetune2 says that I dont have any active subscriptions.. so it is just an ordinary money fraud. I ve reported this to apple. Cant cancel it before there is no place to do it !

Very unfair pricing for Polish users

I’ve used this app for years and always liked the editing features—it’s user-friendly and effective. But I’m really disappointed by the unfair subscription pricing. In Poland, we’re being charged 359 PLN per year, which is around $100 USD (!!!!) —almost double what users in the U.S. pay.Considering the fact that our average income is significantly lower than in the U.S. or Western Europe, this feels incredibly unfair and exploitative. I don’t mind supporting apps I love, but this pricing model feels tone-deaf and discouraging for loyal users in lower-income countries. Please reconsider your pricing strategy!! It shouldn’t cost more to use the same app just because of where someone lives!!

Developer Response
We appreciate your feedback regarding pricing. However, we would like to clarify that we continuously add new features to our VIP subscription and strive to provide the best value for our customers. We hope you can reconsider and give our app another chance.
