A SCAM exchange!

I have been using the exchange for about 3 months. The platform stopped my account, without justification, allegedly they are checking my account. They promised that the verification would take a maximum of 60 days. As a result, I have not been able to use my account for more than 3 months, where not a small amount of money is stored. Employees of the exchange do not give a clear answer when I will get back access to my account. So I was cheated out of my money????? Do not trust this exchange! They are scammers! Sooner or later they will block your account with your money!!!!
Freezing or deleting the account is a nightmare.

It takes 2mins to sign up and get things verified. Getting out of OKX is the most frustrating, bureaucratic, time consuming thing! I had to send my ID scans (twice), send my picture holding the ID, send proof of address (it has to be a bank statement or bill or something like that!) and more. The whole process took DAYS. It’s crazy!!

When user is based in EU, they need to verify self custody addresses with either walletconnect or by sending a some amount form the target address to exchange first. This is a pain for everyone who follows good security practices in crypto by not reusing the same addresses for each transaction. The competition had it sorted better by creating less friction. I strongly advise to use a different exchange for any EU based user!
