The app is really enjoyable and easy to use. The stories are well-written, engaging, and keep me interested from beginning to end. I especially like the background music and sound effects, which make the reading experience much more immersive and entertaining. The audiobook feature is also great, with clear and pleasant narration. The app runs smoothly most of the time, and the interface is simple and user-friendly. There is a good variety of stories to choose from, so everyone can find something they enjoy. Overall, I think it is a fantastic app for relaxing, passing the time, and getting lost in a good story. I would definitely recommend it to others.
Okay but should be more user friendly

I like reading books, some of them had me hooked, but the wait for next chapter is too long, in some books it’s 35 hours for a really short chapter! That’s ridiculous. I like that you can read first few chapters for free (but not in every book!) so you can find out if you like the book but thats only positive thing I can see. There is only yearly subscription and it’s expensive, I am not ready to commit to this app for a year, there should be a monthly subscription. Earning points is possible only by watching ads but there is a limit per a day so you can only earn about 20 points - it’s for one chapter only in most of the books as the “skip the wait” costs 20 points. Sure there are books where you pay 10 points for the chapter but it’s only in the beginning, later you will have to pay 20 pts and more. You should give people more options to earn free points (I know in the beginning you can follow instagram page etc to earn points but it’s a one time option so it doesn’t really matter).
Developer Response
Thank you for the detailed feedback. We hear you on the chapter wait times, the points system, and wanting more flexible subscription options - it's not easy to balance free access with fair earning limits, but your points about needing more ways to earn and shorter unlock times are well taken. We'll keep this in mind as we look at improving the experience.
Nice

The app itself is really nice. The stories are amazing, very gripping and exciting. I love the use of different music and sounds, as it makes the text much more immersive. I haven't used audiobooks much, but they are recorded quite neatly. Sometimes the stories take a while to load, but it isn't a big problem for me. The biggest downside of the app is the point system - one 5 minute chapter per day is really short and with such a long book, the story progresses super slowly. There are really not many ways to earn points if you don't want to pay for premium, which is a bit expensive. Overall the app is good and I would recommend it for anyone who wants to kill some time and relax.
Nice app

Galatea is a great app for people who like to read stories full of emotions, romance and twists and turns. A large selection of stories means that everyone can find something for themselves, and the next chapters can really draw you in.Above all, I like the convenient and clear interface and the ability to read anywhere and anytime. The stories are diverse, and many of them keep you in suspense and make you want to read more. The downside is the system of unlocking subsequent chapters, which can be quite cumbersome, especially if someone wants to read without spending extra money. Despite this, the application is an interesting proposition for lovers of mobile literature.
Spooky szn is here, and so are the updates. We've banished bugs like they're bad exes, polished the app 'til it glows, and made sure your fall reading slaps harder than a perfectly timed plot twist.
Cozy sweaters, pumpkin everything, and stories that keep you up past midnight? That's the vibe. Need us? Knock knock: https://galatea.zendesk.com/hc/en-us"
