Difficult to control

Very difficult to use compared to normal WhatsApp. Tried using it in a Meta Ads campaign. Results dashboard said I got lots of WhatsApp clicks but I received ZERO messages. So redid the Meta Ads campaign to send messages instead to Messenger and Instagram. Huge difference now I receive the messages. Also when telling some companies my WhatsApp business number they can’t send me a message but when I give them my personal WhatsApp number they can connect without problems (but this is inconvenient because I can’t share my personal account with my team)
Unable to Open Private Chats from WhatsApp Groups

I’m experiencing a frustrating bug in WhatsApp on my iPhone. When I open a group chat, select a participant, and tap the “Message” button to start a private conversation, nothing happens. The private chat simply doesn’t open.This issue occurs with multiple group participants, making it difficult to contact people individually.Please investigate and fix this issue as soon as possible. This is a basic WhatsApp feature that should work properly.
Great communicator, but blocks me when I create a group with customers

I’ve been using WhatsApp for two years everyday to contact my clients. Moved to WhatsApp business recently hoping for same quality and I got it. But app has blocked me two times today preventing creating a group chat with my customers which I do every day. It creates a lot of difficulties and I am waiting for response from customer service.
