The problem with the game is the community. Immature, disrespectful kids, trolls, quitters with no will to fight etc. It doesn't really matter how good you are no matter what tier, I was master last season, there will be always someone toxic in your team. At least once a day or so. So there's quite a lot of frustration going on during matches, at least some of them, which is enough to ruin your mood daily. This is why I do not recommend to play it too often. Casual ranked matches are fine however ranked system isn't fair anyway. It's designed to give you hope after several wins and then you will get a horrible team anyway to loose your progress. Your skills mostly mean nothing when there's no teamwork. I get it, it's meant to be addictive. I wouldn't give it to my children though. Mastered the game and spent plenty of time with it anyway.

This game need a lot of changes in ranked system, solo especially. It makes peope lose their sanity. First of all there is no actual punish for players constantly pretending to play but running in base afking after feeding and there is no ranked points refund when your team plays 5v4 from the begining of the game becouse someone left ( after specting a guy he had 3 games when he left and he was still able to play ranked queue according to his match history! Secondly there is no champion ban on rankeds. Moreover there are champions with insane mechanics like evelyn with nearly constant invis and most *players* cant counterplay this kind of passive ( there is one item that helps but buuing it prevents you from using other effects like zhonya or quicksilver). There is no difference in playing with masters/grandmadters or with bronzes/silver whatsoever. System beyond diamond is not based on your kda/win rate/performance in your games but on pure luck - in my 95% of game there is at least one lever or *on purpose* feeder. Blocking players does absolutelly nothing ( plus its limited), i still can play games with people i *blocked* ( blocking also doesnt work. its like a coint toss. Stats in this game are poorly designed, everyone just go full flat damage becouse armor and magic ressistance doesnt work as they should ( you cant even check what armor and magic ress does or how much do you have). Btw chat block doesnt work as well, if you switch between chat types in game the blockade is off ( gj riot, awesome mechanics). For newcomers - this game promotes lgbt on in-game events.
Horrible match making system

The game is a nightmare. The mechanics and image are really great and I enjoy every bit of it. But when it comes to the matchmaking system - it’s a trash. I was a master for few seasons in a row. When you are low lever or rate - the system gives you good teammates who know what to do. But as you level or rating get higher - it gives you plants instead of players. I even have a thought that riot generates bots and add them to the team, because a human being can not be that bad. I dropped to emerald and even though I have the best score or svp in almost every game I can do nothing because the teammates just don’t understand what to do. How is that possible that top 50 player can not leave the emerald? Another trick that devs do is that it is like waves: you will have 10-15 games loose strick with 0-10 teammates and about to delete the game and suddenly it starts giving you good players. No, not masters but those who at least don’t die. It is fun when I play with friends vs masters and grandmasters on my line, but I can not leave the emerald playing solo. Because you just loose masks there. I keep playing because it’s kind fun and I still have a hope that riot will fix the match making system, but sometimes I really want to quit this game and delete it. Ok I understand that sometimes you can get a teammate when he made a mistake and plays 0-5. His opponent can be better, he could make few mistakes and so on. Even the best of us fails sometimes. But come on!!! How is that possible that during a lose series it gives you one or two 0-10 teammates in EVERY game 0-10 teammates in EVERY game???

On iOS it seems there is a recent fatal problem with the game. The reviews on the AppStore are too consistent to just be left out and ignored. Since the last update dropped, the game regularly freezes, can’t connect to the server via cellular data, and for some can’t even load at all. It’s unplayable. I encountered this problem in all of my games today. I literally couldn’t play even though I checked my connection via provided network test and it was all green and great overall. The game refuses to work over cellular data, and it unbearably stutters while playing via wi-fi (everything was fine with the connection, at least according to the game’s own tests). After the first occurrence I even followed all troubleshooting instructions and even reinstalled the game. I am 100% convinced it isn’t my fault, as all other apps work perfectly, yet my teammates an I had to face unjust consequences. I received afk and ranked inactivity punishment twice already, equivalent to losing 3 matches. And that’s only the tip of an iceberg as in the rest of my games I could move once in a few seconds, which often resulted in just dying randomly. Either way my teammates and I had to lose those games. I don’t know about the others, but I care a bit about my rank and seeing it drop a whole division is frustrating but it’s even worse when it’s caused by a broken game. Sad to have experienced this as a long time fan and player since beta. Dear RIOT, if you want to preserve at least the most devoted player base, which is already noticeably shrinking, I suggest you look into this and at least refund the rank and fortitude we all had to unjustly lose facing “ranked inactivity” consequences.
