I have joined unlimited more than 9 years ago, then was no app, later app has been created, but it wasn’t so good, happy that finally after so many years app is nice, convenient and really modern. Some idea: It would be great if you would create some widget with trailers or ticket details :)

Me, my partner and other family members use the Unlimited program and struggle with booking multiple seats. Every time we want to go to the movies together we need to synchronize tickets booking from separate accounts, so that we can seat next to each other. I would like to be able to provision booking my ticket to another person, or have a chance to book a few tickets for other family members using one family subscription account. Another feature missing: IMDB movie rating! Adding a few more filters, like rating, year of production, or country of production or the original language would be also great to have. It would make the app “one stop shop” for finding the interesting movies and booking the tickets.Last enhancement I would look forward to have: “Watchlist”. I wanted to mark the movies I am interested in (save my favorites) and potentially get a warning in the last days before they come off the screen in my selected cinema (if I still didn’t book the tickets).Also a bit of AI suggestions based on my watch profile would be nice to see. (“We think you may like…”)The recent changes to the app made it a bit better, but it remains difficult for booking multiple Unlimited tickets and making a movie choice, without going to external services.

The app is a good idea, however as of this moments it’s super unstable, crashes multiple times before I get a chance to book a ticket.I wanted to report a problem before submitting a 2 star review, but Cinema City doesn’t let me report problems through Apple and whenever I click the link to the developer site, it takes me to a general “Contact Us” form on cinema city’s website. Apple wallet integration still doesn’t work. A couple of improvement ideas: let users choose a favorite cinema to book tickets there, instead of having us go through the process of choosing the cinema every time purchasing a ticket. A great feature would be to let us add the Cinema City Unlimited card to Apple wallet.

One of the worst apps I ever saw.1) bunch of movies and documentaries you would see as currently showing do not have any actual active date in the schedule and you spend your time for nothing checking those advertisements. This is disrespect to your customers, as simple as this2) once you switch from this app to another one (let’s say for 30 seconds cos you need to check your card details) the booking in progress gets closed3) you pick up a seat, then you decide to check another day or time, and when you come back to your original choice, the seats you previously tapped are shown as occupied and will she showing so for next 15 minutes or so (while you have not actually booked them)4) ridiculous service fee in the app that is not applied when one buys tickets in the office. You guys really have higher costs when doing another transaction online compared to paying a human cashier? This is not true and we all know it, the only thing you are getting with that service fee is keeping people off the cinemas5) no Apple Pay option - seriously??
