Network subscription does not work for a month.

I have been usiany Honda e for over a month now and I still cannot get most of the features working because the connectivity subscription is not enabled. I got some help from the service desk and was able to resubmit request to join the subscription, but it is in pending status over a week after I did. For me, this is a huge problem as I cannot use the climate control features or see charging levels. I like the car a lot, but the quality of software vs e.g. Volvo (which I use as a second car) is not acceptable.

For Honda Z-RV 2023: it can turn on the horn, lock/unlock the doors, find the car via GPS, open/close windows and see the fuel status and mileage. Lock/unlock doors is too slow to use on daily basics, more like backup option, also it doesn’t support Apple Wallet, which is bit shame. Besides that I wish that it could turn on the heating in winter and AC in the summer. Without those features I don’t think I will renew subscription after trial expires - in 3 years. Also: app UI is pretty but not very practical, it would make more sense to display all options on single screen.

I am really disappointed with this app. It freezes very often and is not very much helpful. Honda should learn from others, like eg Skoda. AC regulation should be available for all new models not only Honda e. I hope someone will eventually invest in this app so that it would be useful for Honda owners.
