A science-based ADHD app for focus, productivity, and daily life. Manage your ADHD in just 5 minutes a day!
Inflow is designed by people with ADHD, for people with ADHD. We are not a glorified timer or calendar. Inflow is a science-based program designed to help you manage focus, procrastination, and follow-through in a way that works with your brain, not against it. Developed with clinical psychologists and featured in peer-reviewed research.
DOES THIS SOUND LIKE YOU?
Do you struggle with focus, organisation, or procrastination? Does "task paralysis" stop you from starting simple chores? Have you abandoned planners and trackers in the past? ADHD doesn’t have to hold you back. Inflow can help.

WHO IS INFLOW FOR?
Whether you’re newly diagnosed, late-diagnosed, or still figuring things out, ADHD doesn’t have to dictate your day. Inflow meets you wherever you are on your journey. You do not need a formal diagnosis to use our tools.
- Think you might have ADHD? If you relate to things like distraction, time blindness, or task paralysis but don’t have a formal diagnosis, Inflow can help you understand your brain and start building better habits. No doctor’s note required.
- Newly Diagnosed? Diagnosis explains the ”what”, but Inflow teaches the “how”. We bridge the gap between clinical diagnosis and daily life by teaching you the practical CBT skills and coping mechanisms that complement medication and clinical care.
- Living with ADHD? Even pros hit burnout. Consistency is hard! Inflow provides the external structure and community accountability ("Body Doubling") you need to stay on track and reset when life gets overwhelming.
- Struggling with Executive Function? Focus and regulation issues aren't exclusive to ADHD. Whether navigating Autism (ASD), OCD, Depression, or general burnout, our tools help you overcome paralysis regardless of your specific label.

Hi I had app for 3 days. Good: in my opinion the app requires you to give a lot of information an is adjusted to your goals what makes is perfect. The lessons aren’t that long.Bad: you need to to pay for the app but all this information is available online. The app doesn’t give you means to implement the recommendations it is providing. So basically you need to really commit and make sure you remember and implement the recommendation.

Thank you so much for your feeback! It can be difficult to find scientifically accurate and applicable information about ADHD online, so one way that Inflow works is to compile and communicate clinically reviewed information in a way that is supportive to ADHDers' learning styles. We really appreciate your feedback regarding implementation. Have a great day!
This app is NOT like Duolingo for people with ADHD
Czonik
That’s how InFlow was advertised to me - like Duolingo for people with ADHD. Fundamental difference being - Duolingo doesn’t require agreeing to a subscription to access its services. On Duolingo you make an account and then you can access access more content if you so desire (with the Duolingo Super). Here in InFlow I first had to provide all sorts of data about me before learning I can’t access anything before adding my payment method and agreeing to the (initially free) subscription. This information is given also only after creating an account, of which deletion was impossible or insanely hard from within the app and also not easy from a webpage version of the service (I only found a data & account deletion form after googling „inflow account delete”).Super not cool. Wasted 30 minutes of my life.
Developer Response
Hello Czonik, We're so sorry you were disappointed with the app. The structure of Inflow is similar to Duolingo in that there are daily lessons and challenges, helping you to grow your ADHD management skills in a solid, sustainable process. We are also sorry to hear that you had difficulties with deletion and the subscription process. We do have financial aid options (a student discount and the Inflow Access Program, which provides a year of access at no cost) if finances are a barrier, and more info can be found at https://www.getinflow.io/faqs. If we can help with anything else, please feel free to reach out to our support team any time at hello@getinflow.io.
Shame on you!!

I am truly disappointed with the InFlow app. It's marketed as a tool to help people with ADHD, but in reality, it seems to prey on ADHD individuals as easy targets for scams. The subscription details are not shown in the App Store, leading to unexpected charges for subscriptions I did not want. The app itself is weak and fails to offer anything special or particularly helpful. To make matters worse, canceling the subscription is made unnecessarily difficult, adding to the frustration of users who already struggle with such tasks. Shame on you, InFlow!
Developer Response
Hello N-a-i-d-a, We are sorry to hear that you had difficulty cancelling your subscription. Subscriptions only show in the App Store if they are initiated through the App Store. We do not want unexpected charges for any of our users, and we are sorry this was your experience. Our support team would be happy to look into your subscription charge and assist with a refund. Please reach out to them ASAP at hello@getinflow.io so they can begin looking into this for you.
Scam app
dkhodan
Be extremely cautious when subscribing, as the app may deceive you with a web browser interface during the subscription process, and later you won’t find it in iCloud subscriptions. It's a very suspicious moment. As for the app itself, it offers low-quality content with only general recommendations for each problem, such as 'take a deep breath.' That's all there is to it. It would hardly be worth paying $1 a month for.
Developer Response
Hello dkhodan, Members who sign up for subscriptions using the Apple App Store will find their subscriptions under their Apple account, while other users manage their subscriptions through the website or other app providers. If you have trouble managing your subscription, you can reach out to hello@getinflow.io for assistance. We are sorry to hear you were not satisfied with the app content. If you have additional feedback or suggestions, please reach out to hello@getinflow.io. We are always eager to hear about how we can best support our users!
Dark mode is here! Enjoy a more comfortable look, day or night.
