The app is not readable while in CarPlay. The background gets dark while the font stays black.

Product is great, but app need a lot of improvements

Not the best experience with the app, from time to time random menu option could not work, even when you try to add subscription to your account. Constant problems with login from web version, I can’t login into web version with exact same credentials that I’m using for app, unstable in general.

Overpriced and doesnt even work

I’ve paid over 100 euro for device, vag plan and credits. It works okay with wife’s skoda ny using ‚obdeleven for vag’ but when i plugged it in 2010 ford, it wont even find the device. Same with 2012 bmw. I’ve bought and unlocked carscanner infinite subscribtion for 8$ and it has the same functions and works with every single car. The only difference is that it doesnt have cool-looking graphics and animations which i dont even care about.

Apologies for the inconvenience you've experienced with our device. We're delighted to hear that you are able to connect to your partner's Skoda and tinker with it at your leisure. It's a shame that you're having difficulties connecting to non-VAG vehicles though. When it comes to Ford, only our latest OBDeleven 3 supports (exclusively, for now) US-made Ford models with full diagnostics; other CAN-bus protocol compatible Fords will just have access to Basic OBD2 diagnostics, which is limited when compared to the full-scale diagnostics. For BMW's both our NextGen and OBDeleven 3 devices support 2008+ BMW connections. If you haven't yet, please reach out to our customer support team via the in-app Help Chat for assistance with troubleshooting the connectivity concerns you've expressed, as well as any other questions that may come up along the way. Does what’s supposed to do with reading and clearing codes. Nice to have optional paid one click apps. Also good to see the app being developed with additional features such as trip tracking.
Minor bug fixes and improvements for better performance and a smoother overall experience.
