I use it to limit TikTok for set amount of time + to block it at night, it does just fine doing both of those things, it is also easy to set up and use Free version has limits of the amount of different blocking options but if you’re looking to set the same options for many applications it will do just fine, it’s a better free version than many of the other time-blocking apps out there

It's a great app that lets you block selected applications for free. However, I think it would be awesome if unlocking an app was only possible after completing a productive task, because Refocus allows us to unlock apps at any moment and for as long as we want, really. All in all, if someone has enough willpower not to unlock the apps on their own, I highly recommend it.

I am saving and able to track when to stop the usage of phone if I get into binge scrolling, it’s helping me to manage my time better

With the free version it’s very easy to get used to unblocking blocked apps but it does help with reaching for apps on instinct, unconsciously. It pairs best with another app that makes the opening of apps more difficult, like ScreenZen. Overall one of the better apps for decreasing screen time i’ve used
