Getting charge with no consent after purchasing a premium account. The promo was pay x instead of y. You hit yes, they save your card data and charge you not only the amount you agreed on,but ALSO a full additional something that you did not agree on and that gives you nothing!In my case, 21 PLN whic I agreed to + 69 PLN without my consent hahahahaAnd one more thing, don’t „Please contact us on Facebook” because you don’t even respond and use this as a tool to make the situation look as solved. In one word? AVOIDThis is my frist review EVER and you for sure deserved it...

Badoo had to be the worst app with the worst customer service,they use 7 hours to reply a complain and the reply is the same automated message from a robot! I accidentally put in a wrong age and tried to change it cause it says I’m underage. I sent photo of my passport twice! And they sent me the message “sorry your account has been blocked due to age please provide photo of document” the document is clear! Neat portrait showing name and age! They don’t even get to read it! After trying to make another account cause they won’t answer me, it was going fine and I made friends! Then they blocked my account and don’t even get my started with appeal cause they don’t ever send me automated messages then, they just send me back the exact message I sent to them What a horrible app, with such bad customer service, your competitors would put you down in business! Watch and see how long it takes them to reply this message

It encourages to include at least basic info about oneself, which makes it easier for viewers to decide whether to swipe left or rt than in a situation where there are only photos. A lot of people to choose from, which is really important. At the major drawback is that there is a lot of spam which pretends to be guys talking to me. This makes a lot of white noise and actually an annoying situation that I need to differentiate between real guys and those who are not talking to me yet. Instead, I would prefer less but better quality, Which would be only really guys talking to me, not some kind of automatic small chat.

This app in my opinion is scam. It is a premium version where you can either pay for premium content or you can watch ads for additional credits. One day when I was a little bit more free I decided to watch the ads for free credits. I got 200 credits. You need 100 credits to enable additional chats. Almost 90% profiles on my grid needed extra credit to be able to chat with. I got the credit and I unlocked the chats. Suddenly 90% become so called famous or popular accounts which require premium version to be able to chat with. In my humble opinion It’s simple cheating customer. Additional accounts appear only after enabling extra credit before I couldn’t see around 95% of new account that appeared after I paid hundred credits.
We’re improving your dating experience all the time. In this version, we fixed some bugs and made other improvements.
