A great app for all passionate readers. It helps in so many aspects - cataloguing the books you’ve already discovered and noting those on your ever-growing “to read” list, understanding other readers’ perspectives, connecting with book-loving friends and family (there are some whose reading lists keep inspiring me), following your favorite authors, checking the most beloved new publishings and even avoiding the mistake of grabbing trending books which may bore you to death. And a little gamification to spice it up, have you read more this year than the previous one? Love it!

The app seemed promising at first, but unfortunately, it turns out you can't add books directly from your phone's photo library. Let's be real—these days, most of the titles we want to buy or read are saved as screenshots. On top of that, you can't edit the names or delete the default shelves created by the app. When you try to create a new shelf, you can't even name it freely; it automatically converts everything to lowercase with hyphens instead of spaces, and you can't add emojis. That’s pretty weak.The search engine is not user-friendly at all; it only works if you type the title perfectly. If you miss one letter or forget a Polish character, it won't give you any suggestions. On top of that, you can't edit or delete default shelves, and new ones are forced into lowercase with hyphens and no emojis.Also, they really need to work on the app’s frontend and UI for iPhone. The promotional screenshots in the App Store look clean and modern, but once you download it, the actual design feels dated and uninviting, like an old, dusty library

as much as i love this app and use it almost daily i miss one function. When we try to change book edition we should be able to pick a language we are searching for. it takes a lot of time looking for the exact edition among hundreds of editions written in all the languages in the world. I really only need this one. So maybe in the future you can provide something like that? would save a lot of time and will be much more practical

I didnt know I needed it until I downloaded and it was the best decision in my life, it’s so organized, I can create lists of the books i did read so I have them all in one place, I can also make defferent lists for the books I want to read and put them in different categories, the fact I can find other people and see their book shelves is also very useful !
