Developers and product owners don’t use their application

I like the service you provide: aggregate places and help in strange cases. But the usability and functionality of the application are very bad:1. No ability to see number of reviews in the search list together with stars value - you need to open a property to find how much people reviewed it (but this is very useful indicator for identifying property quality). It was possible to see it earlier but it was removed in the last update. 2. No ability to filter “low price first”, “top rated first” and so on. This is basic functionality for every type of such applications. 3. No ability to save filters - every time I need to choose that I need washer. Even in scope of one client session from one device. Such thing can help millions of people and save their time. 4. Price in the search list and on a property screen is different! This is abnormal at all! Why not to show the price similar everywhere? It confuse and makes me open a lot of variants just to be sure that a price much my conditions. 5. Better to hide properties on a map or mark somehow in case they don’t fully match filters criteria. Not only when you click on them, but even near cost value indicator on a map. 6. Sometimes when you zoom in/out on a map some properties appear and some of them disappear, but they are available. I don’t understand the logic at all. Especially for cases when there are not so much properties at all. Please, start using your application to provide to travelers what we need, not what you think we need. Or focus more on travelers, not on hosts.
Bedbugs, Poor Support, and Extremely Stressful Experience

Very disappointing experience with Airbnb support. During our stay, we had to deal with a serious bedbug issue, which caused stress, health concerns, extra expenses, and completely ruined our trip experience.What made the situation even worse was the way customer support handled the case. Communication was extremely slow and inconsistent. Because of the language barrier and my refusal to communicate by phone, I was repeatedly told that I had not provided enough information — even though everything had already been clearly explained in writing multiple times.In addition, every time a new support agent took over the case, they seemed to ignore the previous conversation history, forcing me to explain the entire situation again and again from the beginning. This made an already stressful situation emotionally exhausting and unnecessarily complicated.The compensation process was also very unclear, with different agents providing conflicting information about refunds and promised compensation.I expected much better customer protection, organization, and communication from such a large international platform. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling unsupported and extremely disappointed.
Lack of professionalism, accommodation canceled

My booking was canceled without cause. My bank card has expired but I HAVE SET NEW IN SETTINGS as default. All settings have been confirmed. HOW HAS IT HAPPENED THAT THE MONEY HAS NOT BEEN COLLECTED BUT RETURNED? There is a sports event at the weekend, I do not have accommodation for 6 people. I didn't get any information, Airbnb just canceled my booking. It's not MY fault I don't have any unconfirmed or canceled transactions in my bank account. I was supposed to get help within 12 hours and I am still waiting for any information. Lack of professionalism, you leave customers without accommodation. I will not leave this matter unanswered because the service bureau did not help me at all. There is no accommodation available in Warsaw at that time. Competitive companies take better care of the client, if I do not receive a response. I am incurring huge costs.
