The app is great, i use it often and i’m always pleased with the service.i would however appreciate if the estimate of when the product will come would be more precise. Sometimes the product comes 2 weeks before it’s supposed to, sometimes it takes 3 months (when it was supposed to be faster). i do understand it’s because the prices are very affordable, but still. When the product reaches the my country it’s impossible to say when it will come.also return policy and time it takes is absolutely too long and i find myself just not returning wrong or broken things, cause it’s to much work. overall great app and products, but few things could be better!
A lot of things to improve

First of all: tracking system. It’s most of the time useless. I’ve received an update that my order is leaving the customs in AliExpress app, while the order is already is at the local delivery company and is already being transported to my location. In other time no tracking was shown at all which is frustrating. I’ve once ordered something to the official AliExpress delivery box. Been waiting for over a month. Didn’t receive any credentials to pick up the parcel while not long after I was informed that my order returned to the sender and I received the refund. Second thing is the search tab. Many products are named ridiculously and they are unsearchable through the search tab. I don’t know which language I should use as it differs where I am at the moment. Next things is the suggestions and promoted products. Sometimes they are well delivered and sometimes I get some sort of underwear or stockings which I’ve never searched for. Improve those things.

The place was good for shopping earlier I mean years back! Currently it’s a SCAM PLACE where sellers posting/listing for sale products far away looking from the item you gonna receive or broken or deferent in size(tag with size will be cut off and replaced with the size tag needed for your order!Means you order size 130cm and you get product for 100 cm) you won’t get your money back as AliExpress judgments will request you to send product back to China which is ridiculous expensive and this way you lose patience and time and money by shopping at this site!! I’m on this site from years and I feel sorry for honest sellers on this platform because of kind of scammers supported by AliExpress team this platform sooner or later lose all customers patience!! However some products are cheaper in local shops as some sellers here are middle people who putting their extra profit by ordering from warehouses and never saw the product with own eyes and selling surprise!!Good luck with discovering which seller is honest and which is a SCAMMER!!

Recently, I purchased KS8612 LEDs from this seller and I am extremely satisfied with the entire transaction. The product arrived quickly, well-packaged, and in perfect condition. The LEDs themselves meet all my expectations - they are bright, energy-efficient, and easy to install. Communication with the seller was seamless, with quick and informative responses. The price was also very attractive compared to other offers on the market. I highly recommend this seller to anyone looking for reliable products and professional service. I will definitely come back for more purchases and buy more from this seller. Thank you for a great transaction!
We've been busy swapping our sun hats for scarves and tidying up the code! This update brings a seasonal refresh to the app — think of it as a crisp autumn breeze for your browsing experience.
