Since I started flying with Collins, I haven't gotten out of the plane like chewing gum. I leave refreshed, well fed and served in a decent manner. Thank you that you are here
Seat selection process is poorly designed

Overall performance of the app is poor. Few seconds of waiting for seat selection screen to be displayed does not seem right in 2024.3 times in a row application allowed to pick my seats as if everything was good just to throw „we’re unable to process your request” at the end (with no action button).Lastly, when you click the terms and conditions link the back button redirects you to the main screen rather than summary. And you need to start over.

I would like the app to automatically allow you to add flight times and boarding passes to your iOS wallet and calendar. Some carriers have this option and via app tracking it even notifies you of changes to flight times etc.So, you need to add cooperation with calendar. My other apps like Turkish airlines, Austrian airlines or Bangkok airways have this option

1. Whenever I want to view my recent activity a pop up screen comes up asking to provide login and password - why? I am already logged in!2. Not sure if this is app related but after ~10 flights my account was not charged with Q points single time. After every single flight I have to go in and claim points/avios. All other frequent traveler programs charge this by default. Annoying.
