Be warned: PLAUD can remotely block your device at any time, and you can lose access to all your recordings instantly, no warning.It happened to us. The device worked perfectly for two weeks, then got bricked over an issue PLAUD admitted was a flaw in their own system. Every recording became inaccessible, including important work files. Support’s first move was to offer a discount on a new device instead of helping.Your recordings are only yours as long as PLAUD allows it. Be careful before trusting anything important to this app.
