Rated 4.8 stars worldwide. 100,000+ downloads. Built by ADHDers, for ADHDers.
ADHD is not laziness. Propel is the ADHD app designed to work with your brain, not against it, using fun brain games co-designed with psychologists and built around what you want to change.
Struggle to stay on task? Forget things easily? Start projects you never finish? Propel turns those daily battles into quick, rewarding wins.
ADHD BRAIN TRAINING BUILT AROUND YOUR GOALS
Most brain training apps treat every brain the same. Propel starts with your goals and matches 20+ cognitive games to them:
• Improve your focus with games that sharpen attention and quiet distractions
• Improve your memory with match games and recall challenges that help new things stick
• Overcome procrastination with short problem-solving games that make starting feel easy
• Handle stress better with calm, soothing games that ease anxious moments
• Be less impulsive with reaction games that train self-control
• Pay more attention to details with challenges that sharpen your eye
A DAILY PLAN THAT GETS YOU
Tell us about yourself through a quick self-assessment inspired by the ASRS, a widely used ADHD test. Propel then builds your personalised daily workout of bite-sized games for ADHD brains. Each game takes about 2 minutes, works offline, and adapts its difficulty as you improve.
TRACK YOUR GROWTH
• Watch your progress on every goal you picked, from focus to stress
• Build streaks and collect 60+ badges as you hit milestones
• See how your scores compare with peers at your level
TRAIN HARD, UNWIND EASY
Long day? Open our chill games for a moment of calm. Antistress puzzles and relaxing challenges help you slow down, let go of anxiety, and wind down before sleep.
