Text to speech doesn’t work

I paid for a subscription and immediately ran into a problem. When I tried to contact support through the website, the chatbot gave me an email address and told me to write there. After sending the email, I received an automated response saying that the support group does not exist or cannot receive messages.So I paid for a service, encountered an issue, and have no way to reach support. This is very frustrating and not what I expect from a paid product. Please provide a working support channel and respond to paying customers.

Absolutely Terrible and Not Worth the Money

Honestly? One of the biggest disappointments among all AI generation platforms I’ve tried.The music generation is a complete failure compared to Suno. The quality is nowhere near the level I expected.And the video generation? Even worse. I honestly haven’t seen such poor AI video generation before. The results are disappointing, unnatural, and simply not worth the cost.On top of that, the pricing is ridiculous. One 10-second video generation cost me around 30,000 credits. Seriously? Are you kidding?What exactly are people paying for, and why does this platform have such a high rating?For me, ElevenLabs is absolutely not worth the money. I do not recommend it.

Lost credits doe to an error

I’ve lost 20k credits due to an error. App shows wrong estimation of ‘cost’ in my case it shows 0 credit all the time + 2 free regenerations which is not true. And… generating audiobook from the e-book would cost a fortune. Hard to imagine as private tool for audiobook generator. From the bright side - quality of the narrations are top notch!
