Welcome code for the app: JX4Q. Get a prescription online for a medicine you take or a new treatment, assessed in writing by a doctor licensed in Poland. No video call.
Need a prescription - for a medicine you already take or for a new treatment? Fill in a short medical questionnaire and a doctor reviews your request in writing. No appointment, no video call, no waiting room.
HOW IT WORKS
1. Choose a service and answer a short questionnaire about your health.
2. A doctor reviews your request and decides whether a prescription can be issued. If something is unclear, the doctor sends you a message in the app.
3. If the doctor issues a prescription, you receive it by e-mail and, if you have an account, in the app.

YOUR PRESCRIPTION
Outside Poland, the doctor issues a cross-border prescription in the EU format (Commission Implementing Directive 2012/52/EU) as a PDF. You present it at a pharmacy, where the pharmacist decides whether to dispense the medicine. It is separate from your country's national prescription system. In Poland, the doctor issues the prescription in the Polish national system.
MEDICINE CABINET
The app reminds you to take your medicines on time and tells you when a pack is running low - in time to get a new prescription before you run out.

- Dose reminders that work even without an internet connection.
- A calendar with the doses for each day.
NOTIFICATIONS
If you have an account and allow notifications, the app lets you know when the doctor replies to your message and when your request is ready.
IMPORTANT
The fee covers the medical consultation, not the issuing of a document - the doctor decides after reviewing your form. If the doctor declines for medical or legal reasons, we refund the fee in full. If the doctor asks you for documentation, you have at least 7 days to provide it, and we will remind you before the deadline; if the consultation cannot be completed, we also refund the full amount.
We do not sell medicines. Outside Poland, we do not issue prescriptions for controlled substances.
This app is not for emergencies. If your life or health is at risk, call 112. Before making any decision about your treatment, check with a doctor.
Ordering is available in selected EU countries - the start screen of the app shows whether it is available in yours. Services, prices, currency and the app's language depend on the country selected in the app.
